Helping Retail Insight generate 46 meetings worth a potential $8.7m (TCV) in pipeline at Groceryshop Vegas.
SITUATION
Retail Insight attended Groceryshop (US) for the first time in September. It was a marquee event and with most of the leadership team attending, it was key their time was well spent.
Outside of brand awareness, the barometer of success was the number and quality of meetings through the show.
SOLUTION
We created the Retail Rethink programme which focused on bringing the best minds in grocery retail together across a number of activities; from top-to-top meetings, to wine pairing events and cocktails at our cabana.
We used a dual strategy of both de-risking in advance by booking meetings, dinners, happy hours, as well as being super agile on the show floor to generate ad-hoc meetings and engagement.
