JOB DESCRIPTION

Medium is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a B2B Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all aspects of business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns. 

INSIGHT & BACKGROUND

Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads, drive brand awareness, and support overall business growth through effective B2B marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with business objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
  • Campaign Planning: Create detailed plans for B2B marketing campaigns, including defining campaign objectives, target segments, messaging, content, and channels for reaching potential clients.
  • Content Development: Work closely with content creators to develop compelling and targeted content for B2B campaigns, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, emails, infographics, and more.

  • Multi-Channel Execution: Implement B2B campaigns across various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars, online advertising, industry events, and partner collaborations.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Drive lead generation efforts by optimising landing pages, forms, and call-to-action (CTA) strategies. Implement lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of B2B campaigns using relevant KPIs. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage allocated budgets for B2B campaigns to maximise ROI while ensuring expenses remain within approved limits.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to align campaign messaging and maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the B2B space, and leverage this knowledge to optimise campaign strategies.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging B2B marketing technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of B2B marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a B2B Campaign Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing tactics, lead generation, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools for lead management (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
    Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
